Are prop firms regulated?

Vigil trust scores are calculated using a weighted framework with a maximum score of 100 points distributed across four categories:
- Company Fundamentals (25 pts): Age, registration, transparency, team visibility, and operational history.
- Payout Track Record (30 pts): Total payout volume, speed, consistency, and documented proof.
- Community Reputation (25 pts): Trustpilot rating and volume, social media sentiment, forum discussions, and influencer consensus.
- Regulatory Standing (20 pts): Business registration tier, jurisdiction strength, compliance history, and legal record.
