What Vigil Does

How We Verify Rules
1. Primary Source Collection
We pull rule data exclusively from official firm websites, trading objectives pages, and published terms of service. We never rely on third-party aggregators or user-submitted data as a primary source.
2. Cross-Referencing
Each data point is verified against at least two official sources where available. When discrepancies exist between a firm's own pages, we note the conflict and use the terms of service as the authoritative source.
3. Timestamped Review
Full database review every 30 days. Priority re-verification within 48 hours when a firm announces rule changes or a user flags a discrepancy. Every firm page carries a "last verified" date.
