Vigil is an AI-powered trade rule compliance tool for prop firm traders. The platform allows you to define trading rules, upload trade data and chart screenshots, and receive AI-generated audit reports on whether your trades followed your rules.

You authenticate via magic link sent to your email. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

• Pro: $29/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• No refunds are issued for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Vigil uses AI (Kimi via OpenRouter) to analyze your trade screenshots and data. AI processing is performed server-side. Your trade data and screenshots are sent to our AI provider for analysis and are not retained by the provider after processing.

AI audit results are informational only. Do not make trading decisions based solely on AI verdicts. Vigil is not a financial advisor, broker, or licensed professional. The platform does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform or its features.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the platform's infrastructure.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or files designed to exploit the system.

Your data: You retain full ownership of your trading rules, trade data, and screenshots. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Our platform: Vigil, its design, code, branding, and proprietary algorithms are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vigil and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

By you:You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or use the platform in a way that threatens the integrity of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
