ENTRY

  1. 01Enter long only when the 20 EMA is above the 50 EMA; enter short only when below
  2. 02Wait for a pullback to the 20 EMA before entering -- do not chase breakouts
  3. 03Add to the position on a second pullback to the 20 EMA only if the first entry is in profit

EXIT

  1. 01Trail stop loss using the 20 EMA -- exit if price closes below (longs) or above (shorts)

RISK MANAGEMENT

  1. 01Maximum 1% risk on the initial entry, 0.5% on the add
  2. 02If daily P&L reaches -2%, stop trading for the day

TIMING

  1. 01No trades on Friday after 12:00 EST to avoid weekend gap risk
