Import Tradervue Trades to Vigil

Tradervue is one of the original trade journaling platforms, known for its execution-level tracking, shared trade community, and detailed reports. CSV export is available on Silver and Gold plans.

Why Import Your Tradervue Trades?

Importing your Tradervue trade history into Vigil gives you access to AI-powered trade auditing that goes beyond basic journaling. Vigil analyzes your entries, exits, risk management, and behavioral patterns to surface the specific mistakes costing you money.

Unlike traditional journals that just store your trades, Vigil runs a structured audit against your trading data. It identifies rule violations, drawdown patterns, overtrading signals, and win-rate anomalies by session, instrument, and day of week. Every import is parsed entirely in your browser -- your trade data never leaves your device.

If you are currently using Tradervue, you can migrate your full history to Vigil in under two minutes. Export your trades, upload the file, and Vigil handles the rest.

How to Export from Tradervue
  1. Log into Tradervue (Silver or Gold plan required).
  2. Go to Trades and set your date filters.
  3. Click the "Export" button.
  4. Save the CSV file to your computer.
  5. Upload the file to Vigil > Import.

What Happens After Import

Once your Tradervue trades are imported, Vigil normalizes every execution into a standard format with symbol, direction, entry/exit prices, quantity, and P&L. From there you can:

  • 1. Run an AI audit to identify your biggest leaks and rule violations.
  • 2. See performance breakdowns by instrument, session, and day of week.
  • 3. Track drawdown in real-time against your prop firm rules.
  • 4. Compare win rates, R:R ratios, and consistency across time periods.
