With EOD trailing drawdown, your floor updates at the end of each trading day. If your closing balance exceeds the previous peak, the floor rises by that amount. Intraday spikes do not affect the floor -- only the closing balance matters.
On the $25,000 account with $1,500 max drawdown, the initial floor is $23,500. If you close day 1 up $500, the floor rises to $24,000.
This is the most common source of account terminations on Earn2Trade. Traders who do not understand how the trailing floor works get breached after a winning streak followed by a pullback.
