Last verified: 2026-03-21 | Official rules
Maven Trading does not offer a traditional free trial. All evaluations require an upfront fee.
Challenge fees:
- -$25,000: $179
- -$50,000: $289
- -$100,000: $479
The cheapest way to try Maven Trading is the $25,000 account at $179. Most prop firms refund the challenge fee with your first payout once funded.
Free alternatives to test your readiness:
- -Use Vigil's free trade audit to check if your existing trades follow Maven Trading's rules
- -Practice on a demo account with the same drawdown and daily loss rules
- -Use the Vigil trailing drawdown simulator to understand how Maven Trading's static (floor never moves) works
Before spending $179+, make sure you can:
- -Stay within 10% max drawdown
- -Respect the 5% daily loss limit
- -Hit the 10% profit target consistently on demo
If you cannot pass on demo with the same rules, you are not ready for a paid challenge.
