What happens if you hit drawdown on Blue Guardian?

Last verified: 2026-03-21 | Official rules

Blue Guardian uses static (floor never moves) drawdown. Here is what that means:

Your drawdown floor is set when the account is opened and never moves. For example, on a $10,000 account with $800 max drawdown, your account is terminated if equity drops below $9,200, no matter how much profit you made before.

Drawdown limits by account size:

  • -$10,000: $800 max drawdown (floor at $9,200)
  • -$25,000: $2,000 max drawdown (floor at $23,000)
  • -$50,000: $4,000 max drawdown (floor at $46,000)
  • -$100,000: $8,000 max drawdown (floor at $92,000)
  • -$200,000: $16,000 max drawdown (floor at $184,000)

To try again after termination, you need to purchase a new 2-step evaluation. Fees range from $99 ($10,000) to $849 ($200,000).
